Luobei Eagle Hao Graphite

Raw material base

Luobei Yinghao Graphite Co., Ltd. is located in Yunshan Forest Farm Park, Huanshan Township, Luobei County, Hegang City, Heilongjiang Province. It was established on July 26, 2011, with a registered capital of 10.7 million yuan. It is a comprehensive graphite enterprise mainly engaged in graphite beneficiation, flotation, and deep processing of spherical graphite.

 

The planned area of the project is 35,000 square meters, with 60 employees. It will have a ore storage area, one ball milling workshop, one flotation drying workshop, one finished product warehouse, one spherical graphite processing workshop, one office and one laboratory. The annual output of graphite negative mesh series is 30,000 tons.

 

In August 2017, Qingdao Guangxing Electronic Materials Co., Ltd. injected capital into Luobei Yinghao with funds, technology, equipment and market, which will achieve a production capacity of 30,000 tons of flake graphite, 6,000 tons of spherical graphite and 6,000 tons of micro-powder graphite, realizing the leapfrog development of the enterprise.

Jixi Shentai New Energy

Purification base

Jixi Shentai New Energy Materials Co., Ltd. was established on July 1, 2011, and is located in the Graphite Industrial Park, Masan District, Jixi City, Heilongjiang Province. The project covers an area of 30,000 square meters and has a registered capital of 20 million yuan. There are currently 200 employees. A comprehensive graphite beneficiation enterprise mainly engaged in graphite beneficiation, flotation and drying.

 

In 2015, Qingdao Guangxing Electronic Materials Co., LTD., relying on its advanced technology and market advantages, established a strategic cooperative relationship with Jixi Shentai. It successively invested in mine cooperation and added 40,000 tons of raw material production capacity, laying a high-quality foundation for raw materials.

 

In 2016, Qingdao Guangxing Electronic Materials Co., Ltd. invested in technology and jointly established the Shentai New Energy Project with an annual production capacity of 12,000 tons of spherical graphite purification and high-purity graphite. At that time, Shentai achieved an upgrade from raw ore flotation to purification and deep processing.

Deep Processing Headquarters

Qingdao Shinestar Graphite Materials Co., Ltd. was established in October 2010. It is a deep processing enterprise mainly engaged in spherical graphite, flake graphite, micro-powder graphite, high-purity graphite, battery powder, graphite emulsion and graphite products. Currently, it has developed into Laixi Nanshu as its deep processing headquarters. Relying on the Luobei and Jixi areas of Heilongjiang Province as the main raw material bases (with a combined raw material production capacity of 70,000 tons), with Jixi Shentai New Energy as the auxiliary purification base (with a purification production capacity of 12,000 tons), and integrating the Laixi Nanshu Xinguangxing Graphite Flake Graphite Factory and the Xinguangxing Graphite Spherical Deep Processing Factory into a complete industrial chain, it is a high-tech comprehensive graphite processing enterprise.

 

The Xin Guangxing Graphite Nanshu Base, with a project planning area of nearly 60,000 square meters, integrates flake graphite processing and deep processing. It has an investment of 50 million yuan and aims to achieve an annual sales volume of 100,000 tons, with 80% of its products being exported to the market. At the same time, a refractory materials graphite processing factory in Yingkou, Liaoning Province and a sales company in Japan have also been established. It has injected a powerful framework into the development and take-off of the enterprise.
